Import Utility Not Found

Applies to: Communicator 4.5x
Operating Systems: Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows NT

Problem: "When I click File | Import, it says 'Application Not Found'. How can I import messages and address books?"

Solution:

If you upgraded to Communicator 4.5 via SmartUpdate, the import utility may not have been installed. SmartUpdate can be used to install it by clicking on this link:

Once the install is complete, the import utility should now work.
