Mail Problem

Hi to all
im not sure if my prob is new to you or not but ill do my best to describe,
i live in australia, have been using the same netscape address for over 9 years now, in the past 2 months i have had problems receiving my internet bill from my provider, they have sent to wifes netscape address for over 2 years now and not a prob, suddenly we are not receiving the mail, also it turns out that he is not getting mail i have sent to him from my netscape account, anyone have any ideas,

Sign up for a new AIM/AOL web mail account and use your @netscape.net username and password. Your @netscape.net mail should be there.

ty for getting back to me,
i tried creating a new aol account and it says that that name is already taken , which is i guess me, i think when netscape was swollowed nt aol that we all got the your @aol.com addresses automatically..
or if who ever is receiving my bill can you please pay b4 the 18th Smile

i think if someone sends me your @ netscape.net or your @aol.com/net i will still receive the mail,
any more help would be appreciated ,

First of all please do not use shorthand, this isn't a chat forum and it confuses some users, thanks.

Clear cache and cookies, especially cookies related to your @netscape.net account. And no, mail access was not automatically applied.
